| I sent a check to [email protected] for some lures. I spent my hard earned money, $6 an hour at the hardware store (I'm only 16) thinking I could get some baits quite a bit cheaper. Thinking how most musky fishermen are honest and I've never had problems before I am wondering what the deal is. I haven't heard from this Esoxlong for two weeks now and sent him emails, he just won't respond. Does anyone have his phone number or another way I can contact him?
I am also letting everyone know beware and don't do any trades with Esoxlong unless you want to go through some trouble.
Thanks

I work for the post office + see this kind of stuff everyday...in fact a LOT OF STUFF NEVER GETS FOUND!!!...just kidding of course![;)] E-mails are treated w/ depredation in light of the recent virus scares so hang in there dude...there is still hope that your stuff is out there somewhere...[:sun:]

| Jack,
Just realized that the email address is Jlong's. I know him personally; he is either out of town, or unavailable by computer. He will follow through for you, and you won't be disappointed!
Give the guy a chance to send your lures, anything is possible as to why he is not responding to you. I usually expect a three to four week delay after the check clears when I order custom stuff, and about two weeks if it is standard stuff.[] [;)] |

| Jack,
Don't fret. I'm sure there is some explanation for it. Although, with guys like Sponge Bob handling mail, with built in rattles I think I have an idea why he sees cases like this all the time. Instead of cases he should have said boxes. LOL. They somehow always end up in his car. Just kidding Sponge. Wait a Minute! Bob did you snatch my Beckman out of the mail? I didn't get it yet. LOL

| That reminds me...a dude came into the office about 6 yrs ago w/ a rare + expensive shotgun to send to his grandson in Florida...the clerk did everything but twist his arm to try to get the guy to send it registered or at least send it w/ insurance...he refused + sent it bulk mail w/ no insurance...gun never showed up but he did a month later raising 3 kinds of ______....nothing we could do for him! That should be a lesson for all......[:sun:]
2 yrs ago a lady sent a cake to a friend...cake never got there + she accused the clerk dude of taking it into the breakroom after she left + eating it...just another reason I'm switching over to custodial maintenance in 11 days![:0] |

| What are these baits you are talking about? |
|

| If you ordered/bought some baits from jlong you have nothing to worry about. Except that he may not have recieved your order. Those nefarious postal worker's may have waylaid your mail to jlong for further testing for terrorist substances. Have faith- it's probably still in the mail ==> to jlong or ==> in the return loop to yourself. If it's coming back to you , I hope Sponge Bob's boss doesn't lick the envelope trying to reseal it after testing -> " Sponge, set the hook" !!!!

BTW- just what kind of baits are you buying from jlong? It's rumored that there are some new "super hot" Muskie baits in R+D at ESOX Research. |

| I Have to agree with Mr. Worrall on this one. Jason long is one of the best things that happened to this site and many others. Dont worry, Im sure there is some honest answer to this. He is a very good and knowledgeable person who is in the muskie fishing business to help and educate everyone. Just give it time... You wont be disapointed.
