Location: Land of the Musky | Is this agood camera for the DVR units out there?

Any other model suggestions would be appreciated. Also need the hat mounting stuff and the adapter unit to plug it into the DVR (assuming the camera does not come with it).

| that's the Archos hat camera that Steve Worrall's been using...check out any of his videos here on MuskieFirst and you'll get a fair idea of how well it works.

keep in mind that the one in the auction you list is an older one and it's only compatible with the older (generation 4) Archos dvr units and not the newer (gen 5) ones.
i'll be using a Archos generation 5 setup this year.

Location: Land of the Musky | Thanks! I want a Gen 5 for both. Did not notice the Gen 4 in that auction. LOL don't need to be buying non-compatible gear 
Does your Archos unit come with the needed hookups to plug into the Aqua Vu or did you need to buy these aftermarket?
