hey guys, do you know of any good cameras for fishing. i am thinking of purchasing a Nikon D60. Let me know if you have any suggestions. You can PM if you want. Thanks.

I just picked up a Cannon Powershot S5 IS and it is a nice camea.

cannon makes a nice water/resistant shock resistant camera for about 279
with the 8 megapixel and a 10megapixel for 379 , i picked one of these up a couple of months ago and it works great,

this thread might be helpful as well.
i settled on a D60 myself with 18-55 and 55-200 VR lenses.
just getting used to it and very happy so far.

i have a cannon powershot a590 IS and i love it, 8mgp, shock resistance, great zoom and for $169 you cant beat the price, also i love the fact that its bigger more to hold on to and grip. love it better than the cameras that are the size of a pack of cigarettes
