Subject: Hummingbird 797


I am thinking about getting a Hummingbird 797 with the side imaging and gps. I was wondering if the internal or external gps is best. I have heard of some problems with the Lowrance units with internal gps but haven't heard anyting about Hummingbird. Have any of you tried these units.

Location: Davenport, IA		Internal is OK if you have the unit sitting on the console. If its in-dash or up front where its tilted back you may not get signal.
