| you dont need anything fancy. If you have Office (maybe even only Windows) you should have Microsoft Office Picture Manager. It is child's play to resize pics with that program.
You can do it in paint also |

Location: W. PA. | If you have windows xp this is the easiest program ever. It's from the microsoft site but only works on xp, don't know why they don't put it on all versions. http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys....
Go to the link and scroll down almost to the bottom and you will see "image resizer" on the right, click on it to download. Now you only have to right click on a picture and you will get an extra option to resize image. When you click it a couple preset sizes come up, you just click which size you want and hit ok. The nice thing is that it doesn't affect your original, it just makes a smaller copy in the same file.
The program is super small also, doesn't take a minute to download. I haven't found anything easier, if you can get on the internet you can use this program. |

| right click on the file and choose "open with"...Office Picture Manager should be one of the choices

| just open your picture and right click, then left click on edit. I don't use any fancy programs, but you can resize it in paint |
