Matt,
We've done really well on them the last two years. Most of my fish have come trolling it about 15 feet back at about 4 MPH. Biggest fish in our boat on that bait was a 48" last year. I know of others that have had some REALLY big fish on them.

Uptown...Is that trolling them in the propwash basically or have you had success running them behind boards?

How heavy are these? Is there a castable version?

MuskieE,
I troll them in the wash. I am sure they would work with boards as well.

I also cast them and most people that I know cast them and do well on them. The lure body is about 4 1/2". The blade is a #10. The whole bait weighs about 4 oz.

Sounds like folks should watch out for that capt pinksox guy, but if he smokes cigars he can't be too bad. What a coincidence though...I smoke cigars and I popped a few nice fish on that exact same spinnerbait. I'll try 'em casting in between my trolling fish. Thanks!
