Subject: shrink rap or not?


when you guys make bucktails how many of you prefer that the bucktail have shrink rap on the top of the treble hook and the cshaft of the bucktail so the hook doesnt move around, or do you guys prefer that the shrink rap is not on the bucktail so that it can move freely throughout the water.

or in other words, if you guys purchased a bucktail that had shrink rap on it would you guys cut it off or leave it on?
