will used nipex bolt cutters cut good? i heard they are good even if they are used i just bought some on ebay.

Location: Hayward, WI		Depends how used they are I suppose. If they were really abused, they might not be as good. For the most part though, they are pretty tough cutters, and I would assume they would work fine.

I purchaed some off Ebay. They cut really well. Mine came from some guy down in AR.
