That I know of is balsa . . . . but depending on what/how you want to use it . . .can be a pain.

I was going to write a long article about the densities of different woods but your better off looking for yourself. I have researched this for both finding woods that sink naturally and for finding woods that float the best and have high strength properties. So check out this link.

One thing that you can see about the densities is that wood with lower densities typically have lower weights also making them have lower strengths. So check out american redwood for the best of both worlds but wear a mask when cutting it because it is bad to inhale the dust.
