| we're still hunkered down here at UW Children's with Charlotte, and it looks like we'll be here full-time for at least another couple weeks, potentially longer.
one bright spot in our recent challenges is this painting on the wall of the family waiting room. it makes me smile because, well, muskies are cool...

| No way is that fish over 45", no way. And why is it smiling? Everybody knows that only MN muskies have anything to smile about. The rest are just sad and pathetic, like the guys in those other states that think they are muskie fishermen...
