As some of you know I'm looking into setting up a casting rig that is light weight. I briefly talked with Keith about making a rod tonight and will call him tomorrow.

What are the pros and cons of the ABU Garcia REVO Inshore? I know the following
REVO INSHORE (1129929) 7 HPCR Right Hand Gear: 6.4:1 Line Capacity 12/175

Having lived in MN until Oct 2001 then transfered to KS and now MO. I can honestly say I miss the MN fishing. But not the bitter cold. Getting soft in my old age.

Guys/Gals Thanks Again for the information. I truly enjoy this site. Our youngest son still lives in MN New Market area.

I'm not sure about the Revo, but I have been using a Quantum Cabo CBT30 for a couple years now and like it. The only weak point is the drag, you have to have it pretty much locked up
or it will slip on the hookset.

Shimano Curado 300DSV... Just a better reel for the money. Built like a tank, read the Revo vs. Curado thread.
