Fishing Line...again

Just curious out of all the posts on lines, I have yet to see someone post comments on the FINs PRT Braid. I started using this year and am very impressed. If you check their website, you will see how you have the ability to use any knot you choose without fear of slipping. I tried a few different knots on the PMTT Cave last week. Even with my trebles buried in a lure eating stump, the Trilene, or improved clinch, did not slip. Just curious if anyone else has tried or is considering.

A fine point of knot tying...not to get off the line question which I know nothing about. But the Trilene and improved clinch are two slightly different knots according to my understanding. The improved clinch, after you have done your twists, snakes back through the hole at the hook then back through the hole you just made doing this. Whereas the Trilene knot begins with a double wrap around the hookeye then you go into the twists and back through the double loop. Am I messed up?? I mean...more than usual??

Hey Doc,
no you are right as far as I am know. I guess I kind of ran my sentence together. I meant to say that I tried both knots. The reason for this is because it seems to me
(what the hell do I know) that those are the 2 most popular knots used. Also, they do have a web site www.finsfishing.com.

There is a web site but I don't know what it is anymore. Cabelas sells it. I e-mailed them because they make a fusion line too and asked them about it. Still leary even though they say it's not like the spiderwire fusion.

If you do a yahoo search you should be able to find it.
