| Hey guys I see you are all really helpful on this site so I was hopeing you could help me to. I have been messing around trying to make some crankbaits lately but I'm having a hard time. They keep wanting to pull to one side or the other. Now I know that they can be tuned and I have done this but the eye ends up being bent way more then a little to get them to run. My two problems are 1- I have a hard time drilling a straight hole in the nose of the bait. So then the screw eye is off. and 2 - How do you guys get your lexan lips in straight with the body of the bait. I have been just eyeing them up but it dosen't work well. Any suggestions on maybe a jig or something I could build to help?
Thanks guys | |
