| I just got my order of saltwater flashabou from saltwater edge this evening and I am very disgusted with this company, what they did is get it from Hedron, which comes in two seperate 10' stripes like you get from Moores and Rollie & Helens!! This company gives you 1 bunch of the 10' which is about 100 strands instead of the normal package, which is 20' of 100 or more strands foulded in half to make a normal package, and I thought I was getting the deal at 5.19!! Just figure I would let you know so buyer beware!! 2 packages of this for 1 bucktail, what a joke!!
The silver one is what it supposed to look like even though its 2 of them and the black 1 is what they send you, 1 10'section of it!! I guess I could make small bucktalis out of them, but not what I was expecting!!

| post a picture of what you got. The flashabou is a very expensive part of the bait (at least right now) I've bought quite a bit of flashabou for tying trout flies and the cost is what's kept me from ordering it for bucktails.

| I will try to put some pictures up tomorrow morning!! IF you buy from moores you will get a 20' section of the flashabou, this company only gives you half off that, so only 10' of the flashabou!! So when I do my bucktails i ould take a 10' section tie it to a coil and then put anorther 10' section above that and tie it!! So you need about 20 inches of the flashabou to make 1 bucktail So Moores wouls cost you 6$ and this company would cost you 10.40 for a bucktail not including the rest of the parts, blades, clevis, beads and the wire shaft!! Looks Like I got the shaft on that one LOL | |

| Actually, it comes both ways, not always in a 20 inch hank. MOST fly tying retailers will stock the 10 inch variety, over the 20 inch style. It really is sort of a buyer beware, and now that you KNOW it comes both ways, you can make sure to ask in the future.
