I bought this bait about ten years ago at a sports show in Harrisburgh and it has caught a few muskies for me over the years and was hoping to get another ? But I need a name to start looking for another ? Any ideas on what it is and who made it ??

If the face is wrapped with metal, it could possibly be a BaitMaker Tackle lure!

Its not a whale tail as they are a side to side bait (like an eddie). I think it a Windell's reef hunter or something like that. If it indeed has the bend over willow blade on the nose.

Looks like a jerkbait made by Bob and Mark's Custom Tackle. Mark Dressow now works with Todd Cleveland at Phantom. I'm sure he'd love that pic.No metal on the lip and through wire construction I believe. I have several Windels Muskie Hunters , a favorite rock basher! Steve

Close, but not an Exciter. Unless I am wrong the excite is a rounded topside, the bait above is a square bodied bait. The pictured bait has a steep nose, with no curve to it, as well. No so sure it's a windells, either, I'm with Jonesi, it looks pretty close to that custom.
