| I usually put on two coats. It gives you a really thick nice finish, but that doesn't mean razor sharp hooks, rocks and ice pick Muskie teeth won't scratch 'em up and start the finish deterriorating. If you then get water under the stuff, it can be a big problem as well. Short answer...it depends on how much abuse they get. You should get quite abit of use out of them before you need to recoat because its pretty tough stuff. | |
