| i've noticed a number of people running into problems when trying to embed video within their post.
when you make a new post and want to include video:
- copy the "embed" line from the video site (YouTube, etc...and OutdoorsFirst soon!)
- paste that into the body of your post
- check down below the post text box and make sure that the "Disable HTML" box is NOT checked. depending on your control panel settings, this may be your default. if it is checked, your video embedding will show up as text instead of the video.

| that's all fine and good if the Disable HTML box is present  it doesnt seem to always be there for me | |
