| Any one know how fishing is in mid September? Is it a casting or trolling bite and how big do the waves get in this area? We found a great deal at a local lodge and may be headed up this year. Could 2 people in one boat stay in this general area and boat some muskies this time of year? Thanks in advance... |

| That time of year is weather dependant. You will catch fish if you know what you are doing. Waves will not be an issue- lots of places to fish in or out of the wind. We were there two years ago and boated 25 muskies in 7 days fishing. Good luck |

Location: LENA IL | Stayed in Osbourne last summer and although we boated a few fish in the bay we had our best luck in Nivens Bay which is about a half hour boat ride but worth the run. |
