Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | Open the PDF, then open the audio Files; let the Audio load, it takes a few moments. You will need Quick Time installed on your computer. There are two segments to the audio of the presentation, so when the first ends, click on and open the second link. Very interesting stuff, and the audio files allow you to follow the proposal via the PDF.
