Tom seems like a great guy. I've traded e-mails with him a time or two talking about Lake Vermilion and guitars. A very personable guy.I've been out with Ace a couple of times and consider him a good personal friend now. Ace says, "Steve, ya just gotta go out with Tommy sometime. He's a blast... and a great angler too!" That says a lot coming from another guide on the same lake. Great clip for sure.

Tom is a great guy! Been chatting with him for a while now. He lives the dream I am afraid to go after. Security of my full time job keeps me shackled. Also have a family to feed

Hi
Cool to see some of you all liked that footage.
Did not know the footage would be posted but cool it is.
We did it just 4 fun and it is real, awfull pretty an a fish or two also.
Filming done in July 2003.....aired in June 2004.
Kind of a show about me telling the city life to kiss my butt in 1996.
Wife Bonnie just cut it to DVD for me so I have it when I'm old...well older.
Was fun to do an even more fun to see final edit.
Everyone at Minnesota Bound are cool.
Bunch of really nice people from the boss on down.
If you see their show in listing on the tube...take a look as they always try to show something for everyone.
We did some more filming with Mr Scharas crew this fall for NEW show to air sometime this year on Outdoor chanel.
Should be fun to see that film final edit also as I have nothing to do with it but be the STAR!
Well a few friends in it also an of course our four Mallard Island Marauders...Barney, Homer J. , Bear & Moe.
Stay tuned.
T.
PS.
Ace an I do fish together when we can as we are good friends.
Guess some find that odd but if you knew us you would just smile......or RUN!

It's folks like Tom & the rest of the good people on this site that keep the fire burning for me. This can be a frustrating hobby, but when you can step back and remember that's there is more to it than just catching fish, you have something very special.
Thanks for posting this. I needed it!
