With the high prices of the bait, I better try to repair one. I repaired the tail on one, now I need the screw. Can I redrill a hole, and tap it, or just glue a tail in the slot? Thanks Doug

The weight or this bait is the least of your worries. Ive used for many years dont know how you lost the tail, but a screw or some 2 part epoxy will fix you problem fine!! Go get em!

I have always wondered how much that tail does on the back, have you tried swimming the lure without it?

I bought this , I think on this site. Haven't done anything until the price started going up. I've got a couple originals, but it's to cold to paint, so I thought I'd just mess with this. I was wondering if you could put a tail like a suick on it. Or like you were thinking just try it without one. Thanks for the replies. Doug
