| I don't use the Cow Girls, I use the Figure 8 Big Mama's- Just about the same bait for alot less money. At night I just about always always use a white skirt and nickel blade. I has worked well for me. I also like purple and nickel.

| I prefer a lure called the AC 10 that my buddy Greg Peterson makes with combo hair and flash, and like alot of colors. For years a perch combo was best as that is all I had.., then a blue and nickel, and this year saw the black and yellow doing well. Looking back though, those were just 'new' colors that I had Greg make for me and I just plain used them more because 'I' liked them. The double 10(or the single 10 that I loved for several years before the revolution), is one lure that I don't bother worrying too much about color. Seems the thump of the single or 'wash' of the double really trumps any color you put behind it. Of course there are exceptions........... |
