how's this for a starting depthfinder? had a portable silent 60 flasher before with the 6-volt batteries for power but this is a boat mount. how do i rig it up? breaker or fuse and how big? thanks ..karol..it's going on a 14 ft sea nymph..

Works great, I have two on my puddle jumper. A fuse comes with the unit. Easy to mount and power up, transducer needs to be placed correctly.

I used one on a rental boat in canada...I was amazed to see fish arches and structure very well.
