Well if your still using it on pretty regular basis, the only thing you might do is add some fuel stabilizer. I would suggest going to a Mercury dealer and asking for there specific Merc stabilizer.

Dre,

We run a 135 Opti here in IL and are in the same situation; don't really want to put her away for good as we will still have open water probably for a while. However, right now it's not being used much so I'd say put in some Stabil and she's "probably" OK.

i have the same motor and at this time i usually run sea foam in mine. it does the same as stabil and cleans everything too. here in indiana we have open water for a while so most of us relly dont wory about it.. but i will tell you this
YOU DO NOT FOG THAT MOTOR!!!! just rune something throught it and your usually good to go. you can pull each plug and squirt a ounce of opti oil and then turn her over. for a second and that will help against rust and then grease all your steering fittings and then change your lower unit oil so that dont freeze if there is water in there... thats about it.....bill

there's a kit for sale at Gander Mountain right now for winterizing motors: includes fuel stabilizer, fogging oil, lower unit fluid, grease for the zerk points, and even comes with a DVD showing you how to do everything step by step.
it features QuickSilver brand products, so it's specific to Mercury motors.
if you've got a big motor, you may need to get a bit more lower unit fluid and fuel stabilizer than it comes with, but the amounts are listed so it's easy to figure out.
on sale for $20 is a pretty good deal...especially to get the instructional DVD.

It's too bad GM doesn't sell stuff online... I'd scoop that DVD up in a heartbeat.
