[:((] didn't see any muskie
[:)] pretty place, lots of wildlife
[:(] tough to get to the other side of the lake with 20 mph winds using your trolling motor. It was a challenge keeping the boat of all the stumps in the wind.

Took my 2 young guys, we all had a great time. They still haven't even seen a Muskie in person yet. I think they are going to be looking for a new "guide" to go out with.

Will try again next week!

Dave,

Didn't know that was you, I was the guy trolling with the Crestliner. Nice lake with plenty of big fish (all species), kind of tough to fish without a kicker, the wind really likes to kick up out there!!! Next time you want to go out, drop me a line maybe we can hook up!

Musky Fever;

Thanks for the offer...we plan on going back there next week.

I did have a Minkota Vantage on the back, but I think the batteries were still tired from the winter.

How in the world can you troll in that area with getting snagged...seems like I caught a tree every half hour, I think I even caught the rock pile entering that no motor zone as well.

Talk to you later;

BigO, the lake is not hard to troll once you know where you can troll. Knowing where the trees and cribs are is a big plus.
