| It's the end of the season for me, so I went fishing instead of hunting. It turned out to be a good weekend. I caught my PB, twice. On Friday at moonrise I caught a 48.5', which was my PB until last night at moonrise when I caught a 49.5'. It's not a 50", but what great way to end the season.

| I guy after my own heart ! calls 49.5 a 49.5 ! the most honest guy on the planet (and this web page LOL) I've caught 2 I feel were at/over 50 but called them 49's due to not being 100% sure on my measuring. Actually made the same mistake twice but it's a long story. Anyway SUPER SUPER fish ! Congrats MD |

| That's a quality fish that you're holding there....regardless of it's overall length. In my book...length doesn't always mean quality. I've seen some really skinny 50+ inch fish in my days. I'd take a nice quality, fat 45-49-1/2 inch fish over a really skinny 20 lb 50+ inch fish...that's just me. Yeah...I like the big girls that have some meat/girth to 'em...skinny girls seem to always look funny walkin' down fashion show runways. |

Location: oswego, il | When I told my buddies I was going to fish lake X, they said "wear the fox hat". Cool story, congrats on the catches. |

| The hat is a result of my winter passion of coyote hunting. I don't wear it often because it is way to warm, except on windy days on the Bay. |
