| I just found out today that if you are a veteran with at least a 10% service related disability you can get an Illinois hunting and fishing license for FREE. All you need to do is take your discharge papers along with you disability letter from the V.A. to your local Illinois department of veterans affairs and they can get your license for free, you earned it might as well take advantage of it. I know I'll never pay again( too late this year I already bought one).oh and this applies to nonresidents as well. | |
