My dad had one of Talzon's bait for me to throw this year during our trip and it produced!!! Got a 39 inch pike on it trolling during our trip. No muskies but a great trolling bait.

I've gotta go with everyone else and say the Plow. I've been using them ever since they came out and they are a super trolling lure. What I really like is the 2 line ties the shallow setting gives the lure a very enticing wide wobble and will keep it up high. Clip on to the deep setting and it's an entirely different lure, no problem getting down to 25 feet.

They are expensive but so is everything else for musky fishing. Don't think that they're only for big fish either, as much as I hate to say it I've caught more fish under 40" than I have over with the ones I have.

if you are going to pay 100$ per bait then buy a wood plow from frank!imho the plow are overpriced like hell but if you put your hand on a franky you will see a real piece of collection
