The water will definitely be cooler, and the temps a bit more towards average.

Tuesday Morning in Rhinelander.

Water temps on the Cisco Chain this past Sunday were 47°. That's going to have a dent put in it this week.

LOL Sorno! Some days that's all I would need, however, thankfully not that it isn't!

Good news is it's going to be near 50 this weekend and early next week according to the Weather Channel online report.

No Muskies will be injured during the filming of this event...

Except for their mean old nasty jaw bone.

I'll be back out next weekend. If anybody is fishing the Chain or Palmer/TFoot, holler.

Stop it!!! Ya got me slobbering on my keyboard. Cold weather, northern WI muskies, November aaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgggghhhhhhhhhhhh!

Did ya see Howie's photo on page 83 of the last issue of Esox Angler? The man is an animal when it comes to fishing in cold nasty weather.

If you're fortunate enough to be on the water up north, I hope you stick a pig for all of your pain & suffering.

Pain, misery, and suffering sure make you appreciate the things normal civilians take for granted, like hot soup and a stiff drink taste world class afterwards. I think it's the only time after I take a bite of dinner I mutter mmmmmm....bite mmmmmmm chew mmmmmmmm. I think even heated dog food might taste good after some of those frozen facial hair outings.
