Location: Chicago, IL | Does anyone have any feedback on the Lowrance 522 or 527? Thinking of getting one of these two units for next season but I wanted to check with the forum first.
Thanks,
Dan Hardy

Location: Stevens Point, WI | We rigged a few of these units on some of the new boats at Heckel's this past summer and I never heard a bad thing about them. I have had the opportunity to play around with them a bit but not for an overly long period of time. If people were having problems with them, you would hear about it. Lowrance is the biggest name in marine electronics, if something isn't working right, you would hear. Also, if you experience problems with there units, they do a pretty good job of taking care of you. Always have had good customer service with them. | |

Location: Chicago, IL | Thanks a lot TJ. I believe that this will be a definite off season purchase.
