Location: Eagle River, Alaska | Haven't been around much for....what.....a few years or so and I couldn't log in to my favorite muskie site. I was hurt. This must happen when you are forced to fish near home for monster trout and salmon all the time....how depressing!! But, alas, after trying multiple times I realized it was my feeble brain not entering my ancient password correctly and the powers that be allowed me entrance.
Hey has the Sponger been on in recent times.....or does anyone know his email?
Thank you so very much for recognizing my ancient log ins......
Brian
PS: can't seem to keep these miserable things off my line......

Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | DOC!! Good to see you, sir! How's the transplant to Alaska doing? I see you still are bothering the local trout and salmon population.
Sponger got mad (well, unhappy, anyway) at us, long story that had to do with the unfortunately absolutely necessary moderation these days. I miss his humor and his wisdom, to tell the truth. MuskieFIRST just plain got BUSY, and the boards are not as simple or small in number as they once were, so things evolved, if you know what I mean.
Glad you found your way back here, Doc. You need to get back to the Hideout, the Muskie fishing has been stellar and the grill is always hot. |

Location: Eastern Ontario | Well Brian you were a Montana trout guy long before and esox addict so I guess you can't be feeling that bad having to settle for wild trout and salmon. |

Location: Lafayette, IN | Nice to see you back Doc. Not too surprised to see you're still fishing (and having good success at that!) Don't be such a wallflower. Come in and check out all the new faces. Heck, Sponger may even drop in again when you least expect it.
Regards,
Steve (Dawg) |

Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | I see Doc logged in and didn't add to this. Maybe I need to bribe him a bit with a September Muskie trip next year....
Doc, I'm gonna come to Alaska and catch one of those big fish, you know, just for the halibut. |
