| Hey Folks,
In regards to the PMTT event on the Madison Chain and what happened with the top team and why they got bumped. Situations arose at the event that made the PMTT invoke the polygraph rule. The team declined to take a polygraph test. Because of their unwillingness to abide by the PMTT rules (specifically #26), they have been disqualified from the Madison tournament and any future PMTT events, for breaking the PMTT rules (#24).

| Tim,
Thank you for the clarification on this situation.
All,
We appreciate that many of our members are interested in tournament muskie fishing, and in the particulars of the events at the PMTT in Madison.
As PMTT Director, Tim has provided us with the official PMTT answer as to why the results were changed.
Although the desire to do so is somewhat understandable, when posting on MuskieFirst we ask that our members and guests refrain from speculation or accusation about the details of the events that led to this decision. That kind of uninformed discourse is generally counter-productive and can be destructive to the positive image of the sport that we all enjoy.
We appreciate the efforts of major muskie tournament trails to run fair and competitive events. We also appreciate Tim's coming to MuskieFIRST to offer the official PMTT position on this matter.
