How many combos do you guys normally carry on the water with you?I no it can vary greatly depending on the body of water your fishing, expected methods of choice time of year etc.,but whats your average? Most of the time i carry five or six rigged combos and at certain times up to eight or as little as three but average five to six. Most commonly 6-9H,7-6MH,8MH,7-6H,8H,8-6XH.

My boat or someones else???? In my boat I may have as many as 5 rod/reel combos. If I go with someone & depending on how long we plan on staying out, it may be just one or as many as three. With three you should be able to cover everything you plan on throwing.

Usually 4 if I'm out by myself. I don't like to have too much stuff laying around. So if someone else is in the boat, I'll try to limit it to 2 or 3. If I'm fishing in someone else's boat, I'll likely only take 2.

If I'm just casting 3, unless I'm draggin a sucker then 4. If I'm trolling 7, I can only run 6 but my buddy has a habbit of dropping poles in the water. Last year he dropped a St Crois Legend in with a calcutta on it, wasnt even his rod he borrowed it from a friend. I always hold onto one of his credit cards until we get back to the dock LOL.
