| My Lowrance X-51 started acting up Sunday. No display, but there is power to the unit (you can hear it turn on and the backlight is operational, just no screen display).
Does this sound like a similar problem folks have had with this unit or others? It's not like the whole thing died on me so I think it should be an easy fix, but when it comes to electronics I'm your #1 dummy. I feel "naked" not knowing my depth up front! | |

| I had a similiar problem in Canada...called Lowrance and they told me to do the folllowing: remove chip if you have one in the unit...turn it off...when turning it back on...press power and pages buttons at same time and it should reset. Hope that works! | |
