weighted or non-weighted for propwash trolling?

I have only run the the weighted 9 inch version. I thought the lure's action was great. Ran it up to 5 mph. No takers on it yet, but I will continue trying. Still learning the trolling game!

I think most use the unweighted for trolling. Haven't done it myself.

Edit: The people I know that troll this bait fish LSC and the Ottawa River. Maybe its better for shallower water? Can't speak for folks in Ohio.

in ohio i don't think i know anyone that doesn't use the wieghted when tolling they are a great bait here and the new ones are just as good as the old
