My daughter was home for a few days and wanted to do some fishing, she is a volume not size fisherperson so we caught a bunch of smaller bass , sunnies etc.

At the end of the outing we decided to try one last spot which was a good musky spot so I started throwing a Pacemaker and told her if I hooked up she was getting the rod, well we hooked up all right 49.25" and she even held it for the picture......pretty big one to hold for your first. So an assist to dad and a great experience for both of us.

That is cool.
My daughter's eyes just widened a little bit. She is determined to get her first this year.
Congrats to you and your daughter. Another time that the two of you will never forget.

EA, to be honest, I haven't see to many good looking women like that holding a fish. Maybe it's my young age but definitely not many young ladies that good looking.

Big Fish + Pretty Girl

To most of the guys on this site, a pic like that is better than a centerfold. Errrrr uhhhhh...not to me though. I'm a completely respectable gentleman, I swear. She just took her wedding ring off cause she was fishing right???

You guys crack me up.
first wild trout my wife ever caught on a flyrod was a 22" rainbow. One of her first fish with me. She's been ruined on big fish since. (She's generally spells ruin to big fish, too.)

Would you rather us be married or in a "committed" relationship and making these comments?

I'd be more worried about the guys who didn't notice how pretty she is! Because let's be honest, who wants to be out on a boat fishing wioth a dude who might be looking at you???

This thread is embarrassing just to read. Sorry, but some of these comments are a little over-board. You're talking about someone's daughter here! Put yourself in BTurg's shoes and imagine how he might feel reading all these comments......

BTurg, I'm sure both of you will remember that moment for a LONG time. In the end, that's what it's all about!

Esox50, you remind me of something a lady friend said to me once...

"Someday Jeff, you are going to get married. You will have daughters, and they will be pretty. And if there is a God, they will bring home guys who are JUST LIKE YOU!!"

Thanks guys,

No offense taken by me, all comments are taken in the good fun they were intended....after all a cute girl is a cute girl

I'm glad she till wants to spend time in the boat with the old man, some day she will want to be out with the hubby and not me.......the guy better be able to put her on fish though, ( I guess that rules out Ballcap)

I agree EA! Esox50, were not trying to be perverts here, were just admiring a very good looking young lady. There is nothing but compliments on here. Bturg, I seriously hope you don't take our comments the wrong way, like I said, we are just admiring a very good looking young lady with an incredible catch to boot.

top-raider01 it seems like once the water gets below 60 the topwater bite slows quite a bit, I will throw them during any "Indian Summer "type of warmup below those temps though. Hope you got some good ideas from the speminar.
