| i had the great fortune to spend this weekend getting a taste of how the "other half" lives.
the "Mansion Life" crew this year of Mike (BigMo), Steve (maximus), Andy (agrimm), Jon (jonnysled), Dawson, Ken, Justin (gordo2000), and me threw our hats in the ring at the WMT on the Manitowish chain.
i'm sure our 4 entry fees are finding a good home in somebody else's wallet! 
we did have a blast however, living in luxury for at least one weekend at the Rest Lake mansion, eating too much, drinking too much, and staying up to late. sitting in a hot tub with a drink in your hand has got to be about the best way ever to watch a Packers game!

not all the fish can be muskies, and not all the muskies can be big, right???

Location: minocqua, wi. | another great weekend at the mansion, i spent mine on the couch and using the bedroom ... saved 20 bucks worth of baits from the grimm reaper though. note to anyone, never and i repeat NEVER enter a game of hold-em with andy grimm ... he will take your money or your bait from you! based on the group success next year i recommend we play golf and rent a pontoon boat and just do a booze cruise ... we'll save money and have more fun!

The "Punisher" move was indeed what caused/motivated Grimm to win that poker game. I expect the "Punisher" to make an appearance as a white elephant at next years event. No fish for the tournament but a great time on the water with MO and great times at the shack on Rest. I even got to make new friends at the Pea Patch. Who can ask for anything more.

It makes my donation er, um, entry fee and sore back quite tolerable when I'm lamenting my tournament fate and loosening up the back in a hot tub with a brew in hand, watching the NFL on HD TV
If "The Punisher" would be able to keep a tournament fish pinned, maybe we'd have a photo to post too. HAHAHAHAHA. "The Punisher" = CLASSIC!!!
Maybe we should stay at the landing in our trucks next year in order to change our luck in the tourney................naaaaaahhhhhh - can't wait 'til WMT Man Chain Mansion Life '08. |

| Looks like you guys had fun !! But the only way to REALLY watch a Packer game ... is with your eyes shut while sleeping on the couch waiting for the late game !!! HA !!! Gotta love football season ... let the trash talking fly !!! Seriously , looks like you guys had a blast !! Nothing like staying up too late , drinking too much , then getting up way to early to fish ALL day !! |
