i bought what i thought was a lifetime supply of berkley ultra max, but i'm living, to long. whats a good muskie line that is easy to get backlashes out? when they are hanging on the wall they can't make babys!

Whip-lash is excellent line but not easy on overruns,Tuf-line is much eaiser on backlashes if you get alot of them.If you like Power-pro its not bad either and if you really get alot of casting problems I might choose Cortland Muskymaster Dacron,very easy.Practice,Practice,Practice! Jeff

thanks guys, i'm not a novice but after tipping a few i hate cutting out $10 worth of line and respooling when that 50 is the next cast.

Berkley Ultra Max 60# has been incredible for me. I found a case of it at a little sports shop last spring. I hope that I am set for years. If I had to use something else, I don't know what I would use.[:bigsmile:]
