Hey Jason,
I was wondering what your experiences have been with topwater on Okauchee and Oconomowoc? I have not done so well in the past but I have not tried very hard. any input would be appreciated.
thanks

While its the ask Mr. Smith thread, here's my question: if I where to say....dump 20 gallons of water on the baitshop floor....would it be bad manners to make the 77 year-old man working the shop clean it up and just leave? Just in case this ever happens to me.

kly, Both lakes can be great topwater lakes, but its all in the timing.

Spring 60 degree water temps, and Fall 50 to 60 water temps.

Remember..Cast shallow and bring it out over the deep break. Those fish hold a tight to the deep edge and will come straight up and eat it. Sometimes the flats have fish too, depends on the time of day.

Slamr,

That was not the coolest thing do, I suggest helping next time. Maybe that is why he gave us the wrong info this spring.
