| Our annual cass lake trip produced a 49" for me and a 49.5" for Brad. Mike lost 4 fish, 3 on my boat that all had a chance to go 50". All 3 were hooked, lost one on a figure 8, another lost by a 3' high jump and thrash, and another that got wrapped up in the motor and broke the line in 3' of water in the reeds.
We did have alot of fun this year. It's too bad poor Mikey couldn't get one of those fish in the boat! He's been on a tough streak with losing fish.
As always, it was great to see Brian Jones and Samantha. Somebody needs to ask Samantha about her cheesecake! Out of this world!!!! Brian put us on some walleye, so we had a few to take home with us. Overall, another wonderful week at Cass Lake!

By the way, you should have seen the smallies we caught on Mille Lacs. It was awesome. Are you going up Sept. 5-9? |
