Sucks here in illinois too. I bit the bullett and traveled up north a buch of weekends this summer. I just opened my credit card statement for the motels and gas, fun has a price!

In the Chicago Tribune this morning, I observed an unseasonably cool air mass setting up over Northern Canada that supposed to drop down into the states late next week. Hopefully summer water temps have peaked and we will begin to see signs of a downward trend. My next trip to NW. Wis. is not until mid-September so I hope to see temps in the 60's by then. In the mean time, my golf game improved a bit! Kdawg
