im going to rhinelander next weekend for the first time. im planning on fishing sat
and sunday. what are some good lakes for beginers in the area? just looking to see
and hopefully catch some fish. what are the fish doing up there right now? are they
shallow in weeds or deeper? any info would help.
thanks, steve

Hit Moens, fish the shoreline weeds, and use a spinnerbait.

thanks steve. i read that the water is dark, does that mean i should use bright lures? what colors do you recomend?
also how is the boat traffic on moen? is it a good night lake or should i go to a clearer lake for night?

Traffic is light, water is dark. Bright lures, and fish a Weagle, too. Rumbler is also a good choice. Crescent after dark, fish the bays by the landing and directly across.
