Has anyone spent time on the Gile Flowage I am planning on fishing it while staying in Mercer

Find the river channel and stay with it. Fishing the edges and any structure close to the channel..

Let me know how you do.. I usually go up in the fall for a 5 day trip on the gile -lots of nice fish.

I am going out with Howie from Presqe Isle it rreally seems like water with trophy potential have you caught fish over 50" there?

Not yet, Largest is 45" but I know Howie has some big fish out of there.

I am heading up on the 5th and will probably go up once a month till oct then twice a month
