Subject: Restrictions on boat travel? (VHS)

Location: Janesville		I heard that boats from wisconsin may not be allowed to go to canada and minnasota Because of the VHS that was found in Wisconsin. This is something that may happen soon. Here in the next couple of weeks. Has anyone else heard of this happening.
