Subject: Mille Lacs Trip- hotel question

Hi, I'm planning on heading to Mille Lacs next weekend and don't know a good place to stay. I know there's a casino hotel- is this any good? Any other places with lake access close? I was thinking of staying on the south end of the lake if possible.

Never stayed at the red door, if there full check out the Econo Lodge. Resonable prices and easy to park and charge you boat.

Never stayed anywhere else but theres also Eddys hotel and the Garrison Inn. Also a McQuads or something like that in Isle bay, kindof a hotel/resort, not sure if I spelled it correctly though.

I've stayed at McQuoid's before and it was very nice. I want to say that it was $69 / night. Rooms are clean, people are friendly, etc...

If you are planning on fishing the north end of the lake though it's quite a haul. They are located on the southeast corner of the lake.
