Golf? Good for you Rob, hit 'em straight. Remember, it's a relaxing game.

I'm heading toward the State Capitol Friday for my first time in the boat with Bytor. Finishing some work so I can get out of the office on Friday. Fishing wherever he wants to take me. He's an expert out that way.

Really looking forward to it. Are Madison area muskies usually liberal? Maybe I'll put some pre-tax dollars on a few spinnerbaits. That should pique their interest.

Kevin

Political fish.

Kevin,
that was a sick SOB that called it a game!
As far as hitting it straight, well, I gotta aim WAY left of the fairway to hope to even get close to it. LOL. If i sucked at fishing the way i suck at golf, I'd sell priapism!

I'll be fishing a little honey hole in Waukesha county for bass and pike saturday. Then heading to Pewaukee with Koepp for some muskellunge with the old man. He hasn't been fishing in over 20years, it's nice to get him off the golf course and on the water! I just hope the WMT guys leave some fish in the water for us!

I'll be moving out of the dorms for the last time (thank god) on friday. Then moving home and doing some miscallaneous stuff to get all set for Utah then packing up again and heading west on Thursday. Not sure if I'll even get out for muskies before I head to Utah, although I would like to.

Fox Chain Possibly , depends if my kid will sit still long enough to cast for skis I'll probably just be changing lures for him . He wants to use everything in every tackle box I own so I do ALOT of changing baits !!! Still fun to see hin mane every bait in every box though , I swear he knows more baits than I do !!!

Silver seems to have very minimal weed growth.
We moved 7 fish on Wed MUSKY54, Not one ski looked to be over 32"! yikes!
Seems like you have to use early spring tactics out there right now.

temps: 62-63
GOOD LUCK!

Gary, good meeting you the other day at Gander. If you're hitting Silver, look super shallow with topwater. You'll get bit.

Thanks for the info esoxjake, you were right! Moved 5 fish using small jerks, and bucktails. Did get one but only 39, but in the boat none the less. We did move one that was pushing short 40's on a figure 8 but lost interest pretty fast. Hope you did better! Tuffy1, good meeting you also. I tried the topwaters but no takers this morning. I'll probably try the topwaters again when I try during the week.

Guest,
Priapism is the name of my boat. Asking price? I'd take a brand new Tuffy in trade, and nothing less. LOL

I get to go out this morning (it is after midnight) with K-Bob, and Tom (sorry, I forget your screen name).
On the board with a legal already (so has two other guys in my boat), looking to smash numbers and my PB this year!
