I was launching on Pelican Lake on Saturday when I saw the coolest sight I have ever seen. Start of a brand new era on Pelican lake!

That's awesome Norm.
Kudos to all who worked so hard to get it passed, AND to those who made their voices known at the hearings. It will benefit us all.

Good to see Norm, I hope to see those on the flowage landings in a couple years.

A job well done Norm! I hope we can see similar strategies on other bodies of water.

Cool picture, Norm. I know that's a special place for you from talking to you at Presque Isle. I'd like to catch one of those Pelican Lake 50"ers. What approach works better there, The Sledgehammer or The Light Touch? Or does a guy just need to be in the right place at the right time? Wait, did we settle that and the rest of the world's problems that night?

Great work by those involved.

That limit should be a real positive, as long as everyone holds the 50" fish they catch correctly, and they don't take too many pictures.

Kevin

Fishing this Friday.

That is simply awsome, the day I see a sign like that in my home state I swear I will shed a tear of joy. Very inspirational, congrats on getting something accomplished and leaving somewhat of a legacy for future musky addicts.

I want to make it very clear that while I was a part of the movement to get these signs posted, the real go-getter of the group was Mike Roberts. We also would never have seen these signs without Steve Worrall's direction and unequaled presentation skills to the Lake Association.

A lot of local business support also helped our cause, and last but certainly not least was the local fisheries managers. They were a huge help every step of the way.

Thanks to all who made this happen, your efforts are appreciated!

Can't wait until this is a standard template, all you need to do is change the State and Lake name!
