| There were six muskies registered at the WMT's Lake Waubesa/Upper Mud Lake tournament Sunday, May 13th. Jason Sanger and Matt Grinvalsky registered the first muskie at 6:27am that measured 36 3/4 inches. Danny Dimaggio and Sam Dimaggio Sr. scored on a 37 1/4" muskie at 8:10am. Doug Grant and Andy VanSlett(substuting for Don Grant) tallied the largest muskie of the event at 9:45am with a 43 incher. At 10:12am, Bill Wyrwa and Larry Zatarski scored on a 34 incher. The team of Mike Etzel and Paul Parise scored their 39" muskie at 10:40am. Justin Gaiche and Mark Gillich caught the final legal of the day at 12:35pm with a 38 1/4 inch muskie.
The Lake Waubesa/Upper Mud Lake tournament paid down five places:
1st - Doug Grant/Andy VanSlett(subbing for Don Grant)
2nd - Mike Etzel/Paul Parise
3rd - Justin Gaiche/Mark Gillich
4th - Danny Dimaggio/Sam Diamaggio Sr.
5th - Jason Sanger/Matt Grinvalsky

The next tournaments for the WMT will be on May 19th at Lake Pewaukee and May 20th on Lake Okauchee. The Pewaukee tournament is full but there are still some open spots for the Lake Okauchee tourney. If you are interested in signing up for the Okauchee tournament, you can sign up for it on Friday May 18th or Saturday, May 19th at the Machine Shed Restaurant in Pewaukee between the hours of 5:00pm and 7:30pm. | |
