| I don't think he plans on fishing with these baits. These are collectable baits, it wouldn't be realistic to fish a bait like this. The fin would be broken off on the first hit why would you destroy a piece of art. I personally wouldn't fish most of the baits posted on here but hang them on my wall. |

The fin does affect the action by cutting down on the horizontal axis wobble but not that much. This one has a coffin shaped lip and has plenty of the good stuff. As far as breaking on the first hit, I don't think that will happen. I tested a piece by bending it back on itself and then 180 degree's the other way. It did finally begin to tear after 25 time's. I should be good for a few hit's. As far as fishing it , you bet I'll be towing it ,and it's mate behind my rowtroller! Hopefully a Big Girl will feel like a walleye dinner!

Location: Muskoka Ontario,Canada | An amazing piece of workmanship no doubt! The only negative to the dorsal fin might be that it increases the belly to back height and the fish might end up pushing the bait on the strike as opposed to it sliding into its mouth. Never had any experience with that idea to know what would happen though.
Either way, the thing is just SICK!
