Location: Hastings, mn, 55033 | Its a jointed Pig. Odyssey had a deal with shimano several years back, if you bought a shimano musky rod or reel you got a "shimano" pig lure in the flame pattern.
I've got one hanging here. Not worth much...maybe $15-$20 at the most. |

| It's a jointed pig. Probably a Bob M promotional lure when he was pitching Pigs and Shimano. |

Location: Ames, Iowa | Its a jointed Pig in a fire/flame pattern with a big lip on it. About 5 years ago Reeds Outlet on the west side of Walker had a bunch of these they were giving away when you bought like $30 worth of other stuff. I still have it and have redone the lip-bent it so that the thing behaves less like a crankbait and more like a jerk/ twitch bait.
I saw one go on Ebay for like $35 about 3 months ago. What folks will pay sometimes amazes me.

| Aweeee !!! SOB! I looked back and who could mistake that POS!!! Funny how Bob never really stuck with the Pigs as much as his Crackpots and M&G spinnerbaits............... Glad I didnt waste the money, much better lures out there!!

| I'd keep it for a piece of Bob Mesikomer history, in his prime he could've talked you into buying a bottle of Ketchup with hooks on it!! I'd hang onto it.

Location: oswego, il | Jointed pigs are pretty good baits. Constructed well and if you bend the lip slightly more vertical you get a really nice wiggle out of it. |

Location: Minneapolis | And the straight pig crank baits work pretty well, too. Not too much of a load to retrieve, the lip handles rocks well, they back up nicely. They even catch a few fish! |
